1. Max-speed up to 600 rpm, while factory running speed is about 420~520 rpm.

COLOR-WEFT PRESENTER
Independent mechanism design makes 8 colors weft insertion easy and interchangeable at will. The computerized multi-color device presenter's electric magnet with the weft cutting and ribbon movement.

COMPUTERIZED MULTI-COLOR DEVICE
Up to 8 colors. With microcomputer key panel, one can easily set or reset the weft insertion programs.
DOBBY
The dobby max capacity is up to 20 harness frames. The changing of weaving pattern can be easily, rapidly done by changing pattern papers or computer programs.

ELECTRIC CONTROL BOX
The insert circuit board design simplifies detection and replacement of parts.

LENO FALSE-SELVAGE MOTION
The leno false-selvage motion is designed to hold the selvage and ensure no problem in the subsequent processes.

LET OFF MOTION
The steppless-variable-speed let off mechanism automatically adjusts the warp yarn tension and automatically changes the warp yarn let out length. The maximum diameter of bean flange is 1000mm.

PICK FINDING DEVICE
An auxiliary motor will drive the shedding mechanism to the correct pick whenever weft/warp yarn breaks or the stop switch is pressed. The pick finding device eliminates start marks and economizes on skilled laborers.

SLAY DRIVE MOTION
The slay drive motion conjugate cam mechanism, shortening the beaters' length and minimizing beaters' load at high speed running. Conjugate mechanism is designed precisely to control the beating time. The conjugate cam is made of alloy steel, undergoes heat treatment and thus can endure long-term impact-wear.

TAPPET BOX
The shedding motion is controlled by conjugate cam mechanism, so at high speed running, shedding is still precise and stable. Harness number maximum: 12 shafts. Simply by changing the tappets allow you to change the weave pattern.

TAKE-UP MOTION
The direct drive take up motion device is suitable for all fabrics. Maximum cloth wind-up diameter is 510 mm and the doffing operation is simple. Giant batch motion is equipped with independent motor. Its max take up dia. is 1500mm.

WARP BREAK DETECTION
The highly sensitive dropper will detect broken warp yarn and immediately stop the loom.

WEFT BREAK DETECTION
The highly sensitive pressure sensing electric detector precisely stops the loom when the weft yarn breaks.

WEFT DENSITY REGULATOR
The weft density can be preset with 4 pcs. Of polymeric material gears, precisely from 3 pick/cm to 84 pick/cm.

WEFT INSERTION SYSTEM
The cylindrical camshaft lead screw allows of the rapier's speed during weft insertion and transferring. Thus reducing the weft yarn impact strength and lowering weft transfer break ratio. Simplicity of the weft inserting mechanism makes crank and slider operation noiseless and motion perfect.
