CENTRALIZED LUBRICATION
SYSTEM
The loom adopts uniquely the oil nipple for quantitative intermittent
lubrication. The timing and quantity of lubrication are preset to
save the consumption of both lubrication and manual labor. Furthermore
the lubrication system is furnished with the monitor and alarm system
of pressure to safeguard the lubrication. |

MOTION
The selvage yarn is tightly woven by one or every two-weft yarn.
That's formed the false selvage to ensure there will be no problem
in the subsequent processes. |

LET-OFF MOTION
The positive let-off device employs the adjusting lever to detect
the warp tension to change automatically the output volume of beam
load. Warp tension may be adjusted by means of the tension springs
at both ends of the adjusting lever. The
output time can be optionally changed according to the fabric.
The standard double-geared worm is used for changing weft density
from 27 picks/inch to 247pick/inch. Beam diameter any reach
810mm(32"). |

| RAPIER
Weft carrier, weft angle and resistance are of the maximal
design. The smaller the weft's impact strength is the less the weft's
break ratio will be. Made
of Ni-Cr-Mo steel with ion-nitride treated surface and processed by
low-temperature Ag-Cr welding, they are abrasion resisting and
unbreakable, assured with the maximal service life and reliability. |

There are two choices for shedding motion. The tappet loom can equip
with 8 healds frames at most, the dobby loom may install up to 16-24
shafts. The shedding time and amount can be regulated feasibly for
each device. |
