LENO FALSE-SELVAGE MOTION
Designed particularly for the characteristics of terry fabric, the
leno false-selvage mechanism may perfectly eliminate weft shrinkage
and uneven pile height and tension on both ends of reed space of fabric
to raise the terry cloth strength and quality. |

LET OFF MOTION
The ground warp beam installed in the down side is controlled by
mechanical let off motion. The pile warp beam installed in up side
is controlled by electronic positively let off motor. Thus ensure
ground warp let off steadily and pile warp active and flexible changing
according to commands of weaving and piling. |

PILE FORMATION
With fabric movement, synchronous pile formation device makes the
movement smooth and small in noise. Pile height adjustment can be
accurately controlled by adjusting pile height adjust block. Terry
looms equipped with cam motion device can precisely control the weft
count of the pile, flat end, fringe and satin by microcomputer key
controllers. Terry looms equipped with dobbies or jacquards directly
control the weft count of the pile, flat end, fringe and satin with
weaving patterns. |

| QUANTITATIVE INTERMITTENT
LUBRICATION SYSTEM
The loom adopts the quantitative intermittent lubricating nipples
activated in perfect automation. Timing and volume of intermittent
lubrication may be preset. The full automatic device saves manpower
and cuts off waste of lubricant. |

wheel. Maximum cloth winding diameter is 510mm and the doffing operation

The tape wheel is made of high strength but light composite
material (carbon fiber), a unique design originated by IH CHING.
The rapier is guided by the roll bearing covered with abrasion-resisting
material. This is to minimize the energy consumption, friction,
noise and temperature, too. Weft inserting angle and resistance
of weft carrier are of the optimal design for the least of weft
impact force and minimized weft break ratio. Made of Ni-Cr-Mo steel
with ion-nitride treated surface and processed by low-temperature
Ag-Cr welding. They are abrasion resisting and unbreakable, assured
with longevity and reliability. |
