CRANK SHAFT
While the shedding time, the upper and lower yarn layers are all in even tension. Even in high-speed operation, the high quality fabrics are possible to be achieved. The shedding value can be easily adjusted by mean of shedding crank position adjustment.

Optional Device:

1. Dobby device

It is adopted with strong steel stand. The vibration can be controlled to be very light when loading dobby. So it can stably weave the complicate organization of textile and unbalanced organization.

ELECTRICAL CONTROL BOX
The electrical control box is highly reliability. It can endure the highly demand of the water jet loom working environment.
Optional Device:

1. IT type keyboard panel
Use the PLC electrical control device to set up electric let off and take up on IT keyboard easily, which can prevent the stop mark. It can also control the running condition of machine.

ELECTRIC WEFT FEEDER
Shift the weft feeder and direction based on the size of weft yarn. Twist direction under the best condition to achieve the aim of high quality of textile.

LET OFF DEVICE
By means for the cooperation of the feel roller and steppless variable speed mechanism to keep the stable warp tension, thus prevent the stop mark. The standard let off device offers total warp tension up to 350 kg, and up to 600kg by optional device.

Optional Device:

1. Electric let off device

It is adopted with electronic let off device.  The warp tension can be kept duly, so it can weave a high quality cloth.  Before starting the machine, it should set up in advance the numbers of feeding weft clockwise and counterclockwise in order to correct the outlet position.  It is applicable to set up the numbers of feeding weft and numbers of length of weft in advance according to the stop time of machine in order to loosen the tension of warp, and not to cause the yarn to extend too much due to the stop time of machine.  The tension will be restored automatically when the machine is re-started, so it will prevent the stop mark. 

2. Mechanical suction blower

Adopt mechanical suction type blower can reduce power consumption and increase durability compare with the traditional blower.

3. Let off heavy back roller device

MEASURING DRUM
The weft yarn is held and stored by airflow to reduce the weft tension and prevent any abrasion.

TAKE UP DEVICE
Been adopted with indirect take-up motion, the doffing work is available during loom running. Besides, the high rigid of winding function is a perfect function for preventing the winding crimp. The weft density can be set at the extent of 5 to 60 ends per centimeter.

Optional Device:

1. Electric take-up device

Use the multi-function panel to set the density of weft, the gear should not be replaced. It is available to set up the various density of weft yarn during procession, and improve the stop mark efficiently.

WATER PUMP DRIVING
It is adopted with ceramic piston for the purpose of anti-abrasion and keeps the high speed following alignment. Thus achieved the stable weft feeding function.

Optional Device:

1. Twin water pumps device

It is available for the much different or thicker weft yarn, with the best method of guiding weft to process a stable high-speed rotation.  Further, it has a great result of weaving to the high value cloth.

2. Three color selector

It may make many kinds of cloth in variety in order to increase the competition.  Under the structure of single pump device, there are two kinds of water volume for adjustment.  It will weave the cloth in three colors differently.
