BEAM DOFFING DEVICE
Both sides of the beam lifter are equipped with 1 CA150 air cylinder
for driving beam doffing motion. The max-doffing load is 1200 kg. |

CREEL
Equipped with dust-proof electric fan. This will prevent the floating
cotton from adhering to the components to reduce the yarn break ratio.
It's simple in structure and easy to install. The rotary creel is
adopted to save the time of yarn change. In case of necessity, a static
eliminator can be installed. |

DRIVING AND BRAKING
The main motor comes with 15 Hp x 6 poles and controlled by one 20
Hp inverter. The beam is driven and connected with the bevel gears.
There is one pc of huge brake disc on both sides of the driving shaft
for storing enough dynamic power. |

MEASURING DEVICE
The measuring roller is made of aluminum, and its surface is treated
with ionic anti-friction treatment. The measuring roller drives
the encoder and interlocks signal with the inverter of the main
motor for precisely control the linear speed. |

STRETCHY REED
Adopted Z type stretchy reed. During operation, the reed
is auto micro-movable 10mm up and down. The left and right micro-movable
distance is 0 to 15mm with by adjustment. |

YARN PRESSING DEVICE
The body of the yarn-pressing cylinder is made of bakelite
mater for lighter weight. Both sides of the cylinder is supported
and driven with the LM type linear motion bearing to keep the cylinder
moving linearly. The slant angle of the bear is 15 degree. Both sides
of the cylinder saddle come with a disc brake device to stop the backward
movement, during braking. The forward and backward motion of the pressing
cylinder is driven with 2 air cylinders. |

YARN REWINDING DEVICE
The yarn-rewinding device adopts gravity lower down method. The max
rewinding length is up to 2500 mm. |
